Rose Stapleton
Stapleton graduated from NCAD in 1999 with a focus on printmaking. She was elected a member of the Water Colour Society of Ireland in 2004. Stapleton's oeuvre is dominated by her love of traditional subject matter. Landscapes, interiors and still lives comprise the majority of her output, which is coloured by her innate sense of harmony and a sensual use of colour. Stapleton's work have been acquired for public and private collections including Bank of Ireland, Bank of Montreal, Maynooth College, United Arts Club and the Watercolour Society of Ireland Collection at the University of Limerick.
