  • Two of the four have works on the reverse: a cart horse appears on the reverse of the work depicting three riders, whilst on that of a young shooter who has become comically immured in a patch of bog is a second version of the same scene. This latter work measures 4 x 7 inches, as does the head and shoulders portrait of a huntsman. The fourth and final work is a page of horse sketches, faintly signed with initials lower left, black crayon on tinted paper, 9.5 by 12 inches.
