Bernard was a friend of Michael Farrell’s and like him a resident of the famous La Ruche artists’ studios in Montparnesse, Paris. She has had solo exhibitions at the Galerie Yves Brachot, Paris (1981-83), the Women’s Museum in Arhus, Denmark (1987) and since 1992 at the Galerie Guy Crete, Paris. Her work has been bought by the Musée National d’Art Modern and the former French President, Francois Mitterand. (2)

  • Born in Dublin and educated in England, Kelly travelled the world before arriving in Mexico city in 1983. There he combined teaching English with painting, gradually establishing himself as one of the country’s top contemporary artists. In 1997 the Museum of Modern Art in Mexico city honoured him with a one-man show, and since then he has become better known to collectors in Ireland through a succession of exhibits at the Frederick Gallery in Dublin.
