Charles W. Harvey
Charles W. Harvey was a painter of landscapes and still-life subjects. He studied at the Belfast School of Art and later taught for many years as head of the art department at St Mary's Training College, Belfast. He was friendly with many Ulster artists including Hans Iten, Padraic Woods, Nevill Johnson and John Luke with whom he visited Paris in 1937 (see Snoddy, page 229).
