Whytes Important Irish Art sale on 25 May demonstrated a continuing strong demand for art of quality. The top hammer price of 230,000 (286, 580 including Buyers Premium plus VAT) was for Paul Henry RHA (1876-1958) DAPPING ON LOUGH MASK, COUNTY MAYO, 1928-36, with a presale estimate of 150,000 to 200,000.
Other notable results include:

-Ciaran Clear (1920-2000) TURNING POINT selling at 10,500 (Est. 4,000-6,000)
-Markey Robinson (1918-1999) VIEW OF DALKEY ISLAND, COUNTY DUBLIN sold for 4,500 (Est, 1,500-2,000)
