Whyte’s Irish & International Art sale on 9 March demonstrated a continuing strong demand for art of quality. The top hammer price of €245,000 (€305,270 including Buyers Premium plus VAT) was for Roderic O'Conor's LE LOING AT SUNDOWN, c.1902, with a presale estimate of €150,000 to €200,000.
