Joseph Caraud
Joseph Caraud was a French painter of genre scenes idealising the pomp and elegance of the upper bourgeoisie of the eighteenth century. These works were uncharacterisitic for the times when most painters were focused on Realist depictions of urban life. Most of his works are held in private collections.
