Liam O'Neill
Liam ONeill was born in Corcha Dhuibhne, West Kerry, Ireland, in 1954 and works in his studio in Dingle. Self-taught, his works display the Ireland he lives in, often showing Kerrys coast and Tralees horse fairs and races. Using a palette knife, ONeill represents the daily lives of fishermen and farmers and celebrate his Irish roots in a vibrant, impasto-style, technique. He is currently represented in several galleries including the Oriel Gallery and the Killarney Art Gallery. (whytes.ie)
